Description: The school counselor provides services to students kindergarten through 12th grade.
Job Summary: The most qualified candidate will provide students with appropriate programs to support and improve student outcomes.
Qualifications: Applicant must hold, or be able to obtain, a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, a valid school counseling license, and be able to pass a CBI and FBI background check. Upon hire, the Counselor must complete Mandatory Reporter training and First Aid/CPR certification. Prior experience working with children and knowledge of early childhood disabilities and intervention are preferred.
Working Conditions:
Job functions will take place both in a heated office and outside for play.

Contract Terms: Counselor contracts are based on a 160-170 day schedule, August through May.
Salary: Salaries and benefits packages are dependent upon qualifications and experience. The base salary is $40,145.
