Description: This is a middle school co-ed track coaching position.

Job Summary: The most qualified candidate will know the ins and outs of track and will be able to lead a team successfully into the season.  

Qualifications: Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, experience in the sport and be able to pass a CBI and FBI background check. Upon hire, the assistant coach must complete concussion training, Mandatory Reporter training, and First Aide/CPR certification.

Working Conditions: The majority of the coaching job will take place in a gym or outside on a field.  The assistant coach is expected to attend all practices and meets.  Travel up to two hours is required for away games.

Contract Terms: Coaches are contracted for the entire applicable school year and must be able to attend all practices and meets during the respective season. 

Salary: Coaches are part-time employees not eligible for benefits.  The salary is dependent upon position and experience.  Salary will not change based on the outcome of games.
